Advice

Book an appointment to discuss your immigration matter in full. Appointments generally last between 30 and 60 minutes, and afterwards you will receive written confirmation of advice by email. If you have further questions following this session, then we’ll be available by email to answer them. We charge £100 for this service.

Immigration Application

We will give you a Home Office application form to start filling in and will check it thoroughly afterwards before submitting it. We will also check your supporting documents before you submit them with the application. We will write a covering letter for your application to explain how you meet the criteria under the law, and we will remain in touch with you until you receive a decision, to guide you through the process. We will also correspond with the Home Office on your behalf if necessary. Throughout the application process, your case will be handled by David personally. We charge £100-£300 for the majority of applications. Particularly complex cases may be charged at a higher rate, up to a maximum of £500. This fee will always be agreed with you beforehand.

Immigration Appeal

We will lodge your appeal with the Immigration Tribunal. We will prepare witness statements with you and other relevant witnesses if they are attending the tribunal with you. We will also put together a bundle of evidence and serve this on the Home Office and the IAC. At the hearing, we will represent you and argue the law in your favour. We will correspond with the Home Office and the tribunal throughout the process. We charge £900 for our appeal service.
